Local Leaders
We support the countries we visit by employing professional local or Sherpa leaders. Not only does this mean that employment stays in the local economy but also means you benefit as they share their knowledge about their history and culture.
Western Leaders
We use western leaders for our more technical or remote trips where they work in conjunction with a local or Sherpa leader.
