"The Goecha La expedition was fantastic!!! The entire trek was organized to perfection, with expert leadership provided by Roland Hunter. His wise counsel, his careful attention to detail and his personal assistance with acclimatizing allowed all of the trekkers to stay healthy. This was a great journey up the Goecha La valley with splendid views of Pandim and Kanchenjunga. The early autumn snowfall provided a spectacular backdrop.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon, for us it was perfect and was over far too quickly! We would certainly recommend it to others and if you are prepared for what to expect, as we were, it makes it all the more enjoyable.

Our 6 days walking were very pleasant some of the terrain was a little challenging, but not too difficult, which made the days even more rewarding. All the lodges had beautiful views especially in the early morning and the meals and service was to a high standard. We found all the staff very friendly and eager to help us if needed. Having a days rest in Ghandruk was great as we got to explore the area a little more and attended a local volley ball final between village's which was great fun.
