Information on booking international flights

This is the classic trek which covers over 200 miles circumnavigating the entire Annapurna massif. The trail starts in the middle hills at the village of Besi Sahar and follows the Marsyangdi river through Gurung settlements and to the Tibetan regions of Manang. The high point is the crossing of the Thorung-La (a pass at 5,416m) and then the trek down the deep Kali Gandaki gorge.

The trek offers a true cross section of Nepal from lowland rice plantations, deep pine forest, spectacular mountain views to arid terrain in the Himalayan rain shadow. You will visit old Buddhist monasteries and probably take a dip in the hot springs along the way.
