Recommended books & maps on Tibet Online quotation for trekking insurance This is an opportunity to climb up to 7000m on Mt Everest, the highest mountain in the world! It will be led by Roland Hunter, who is an Everest summiteer via the North East ridge in 2001. This trip will suit someone who has some previous climbing experience and is fit and very determined. Not only is this a fantastic experience in itself but would also be a good reconnaissance for someone with ambitions to climb Everest at a later date. A fair number of climbers on expeditions to this side of Everest do not get far above the north col having underestimated the difficulties involved, so this is a perfect opportunity to see how you perform at altitude for a more reasonable price!
