How to book

We encourage you to book as early as possible to ensure you get the holiday you would like.

To book a place on a trip, please follow these five steps:

1. Read the Trip Dossier (downloadable from each trek page on our website) and email The Mountain Company to ensure the trip is running for your dates.
2. Complete the pre trip questionnaire and email to The Mountain Company.
3. Once we confirm your place, please complete the booking form and email to The Mountain Company. Please ensure you have read our Terms and Conditions before booking.
4. Pay a £200 deposit to secure your place either by direct internet transfer (bank wire), cheque payable to The Mountain Trekking Company Ltd or by credit card.
5. Book your flights and obtain travel insurance (please send the office a copy of your insurance details).

A confirmation invoice will be sent to you when the deposit has been received, the final payment is due for payment 8 weeks before departure.

The final balance of payment for your must be paid by cheque or direct internet transfer. However, if you wish to add 3.5% to the balance you may use a credit card.
