Kilimanjaro

Mount Kilimanjaro, located in the north of Tanzania, is the highest mountain in Africa.

During your trek to climb Kilimanjaro you will pass through a range of climatic zones beginning with tropical rainforest, then alpine heath with the rather unusual looking groundsel tree, across a lunar landscape and up to glaciers near the summit. The best months for Kilimanjaro are from January to mid-March and from early June to mid-October.
