Walking Holidays in India

We offer small group and tailor made trekking holidays in India. The Himalaya mountain range stretches for 800 miles across northern India. This offers incredible opportunities for walking in the mountains. To the East of India there is the former Kingdom of Sikkim with trails to Mount Kanchenjunga. In the North West of India is Ladakh. This is one of the most remarkable regions of India as geographically and culturally an extension of Tibet.

We are specialists in camping treks where we explore remote regions of Indian Himalaya. Our most remote and off beaten track trek is Ladakh Sky Trail GHT. The best time for trekking in India depends on the region. Trekking in Ladakh and Zanskar is over the Summer months of June to September. Trekking in Sikkim is the same time of year as Nepal.  The peak seasons are in Spring (March and April) and Autumn (October and November),

We are holiday experts to the Himalaya and Karakoram. We have enjoyed organising adventure holidays in India since 2004. Our Managing Director, Roland Hunter, and one of trek leaders, Almas Khan, have explored the best places for trekking in India. We can craft a tailored made itinerary for you or join one of our groups.
